To comply with all applicable anti-slavery and human trafficking laws, statutes, regulations and codes from time to time in force including but not limited to the Modern Slavery Act 2015; have and maintain throughout the term of this Agreement its own policies and procedures to ensure its compliance; not engage in any activity, practice or conduct that would constitute an offence under sections 1, 2 or 4, of the Modern Slavery Act 2015 if such activity, practice or conduct were carried out in the UK; and require that each of its direct subcontractors and suppliers shall comply with the anti-slavery policy and with all applicable anti-slavery and human trafficking laws, statutes, regulations and codes from time to time in force including but not limited to the Modern Slavery Act 2015.
ROVEEN BC Ltd takes a zero tolerance approach to unlawful discrimination and harassment. No person is authorised in its dealings with or on behalf of Roveen BC to act in a manner which may constitute unlawful discrimination and harassment. Modern Slavery Act 2015
- In performing its obligations under this Agreement, Roveen BC shall:
1.1. comply with all applicable anti-slavery and human trafficking laws, statutes, regulations and codes from time to time in force including but not limited to the Modern Slavery Act 2015;
1.2. have and maintain throughout the term of this Agreement its own policies and procedures to ensure its compliance;
1.3. not engage in any activity, practice or conduct that would constitute an offence under sections 1, 2 or 4, of the Modern Slavery Act 2015 if such activity, practice or conduct were carried out in the UK; and
1.4. require that each of its direct subcontractors and suppliers shall comply with
the anti-slavery policy and with all applicable anti-slavery and human trafficking laws, statutes, regulations and codes from time to time in force including but not limited to the Modern Slavery Act 2015.
